Daniel's 27th birthday

Clare and Giles gave Daniel a scale of eight chime bars and he played them for at least five minutes, first giving a perfect rendition of Frere Jacques, then taking one stick in each hand and making tuneful dongs with alternating hands. He was totally mesmerised by the sound (and followed the experience by having a fit).
