She was walking down the street waving her arms in the air and gesturing like she was in a different space. Being a curious guy, I had to investigate. Perfectly normal and listening and singing (a little off tune) to music via her ear buds. She had a great smile & open attitude, and I thought she made a great blip for the new year.
