I don't read very much. I was given two books at Christmas. The first was Alex Ferguson's autobiography. Not a book that I would have chosen for myself. He finds it very difficult to say anything good about anyone. And when he does it usually comes with an added barb. He also never finishes many of the anecdotes which he starts.

In the last paragraph he recalls a team talk that he gave to his highly paid international superstars. He mentions that they should reach for the moon and not be content going on holiday to my little old home town. I don't suppose any of them have ever heard of it.

I am now enjoying the next book.
