Toshiba Ext. USB Drive!

I've come to hate this glaring blue light on the front of this 1TB Toshiba USB External drive I use. I read about it in the reviews before I plunged and thought Nah..it can't be that bad! It is!! but in all other respects it's proved invaluable and fingers crossed...so far reliable too, after almost a year.
