The top number is the percentage of oxygen saturation in my blood. Below 90 is not so good. A healthy exercising person should maintain between 96 -99 (there is no 100%) I Had just walked about two miles around the neighbourhood with Kathy.

My hear rate was still quieting down from over 100. My resting heart-rate was about 60bpm for years ... so I need to keep increasing my daily walk time/distance.

My first blip of the day was not appropriate ... a mouse frozen in water ...
