Brothers and Sisters

Angela, my daughter carrying her nephew, Ethan and Declan, my son carrying his daughter, Imogen, Ethan's sister, ... in a final photo before Declan heads off from our party-picnic in the Adelaide Parklands with his two munchkins to spend a final night at his paternal grandparents' home. The next day Declan was flying back to Queensland to reunite the children with their beautiful mum. Angela and her good friend Sandy hosted the picnic (including Angela cooking turkey and making potato salad that we see on Flickr photos, Sandy's son, serving). Cooper visiting from Melbourne where he lives and Angela's friend, Lachlan were more happy guests.

We had such a lovely time.

Here is a link to more photos showing the Adelaide Parklands and what they offer party goers at this special time of the year. Groups were celebrating 2014 all around but at an easy distance that everyone enjoyed their privacy and special activities. Our group played bocce and cricket.
