A Dying Custom?

I've kept a diary of some sort since I was old enough to write and this is just a small collection of some that I still have around:-) I used to be very traditional and it had to be black, but lately I've been more adventurous and gone for patterned or coloured ones - shock, horror!

However, I did wonder how much longer this custom would last with the advent of ever-cleverer phones that keep memos and appointments for you. Not to mention the daily journal opportunities of sites like Blip:-) I feel it would be such a shame to lose the enjoyment of looking back through previous diaries and there could still be aspects of your life that you wouldn't want to share with everyone!
