A masterclass in scallop preparation

A brave chef, Craig Sandle, taught 12 different people how to open, prepare and cook a scallop this evening. The group then sat down to eat their creations and a superb dinner. We had a great time chatting to fellow foodies and enjoying the food.

Pompadour by Galvin will be holding similar evenings in 2014.
