Thinking inside the box...

In what must be a first in my professional career, I spent the whole day today on an employer-arranged training course. Although I took my camera with me and had adequate time on our break for lunch to go for a quick wander, I decided against, and headed to the pub with some of the others from my team (no drink for me - still on call!).

Had a bit of a headache when I got home which is only just starting to fade, so this is as much as my creative juices will muster for today. I'm fairly sure the missus thinks I have gone a bit mad.
