Happy New Year

This new year took us to Elgin, specifically to the Sunninghill Hotel, while visiting with my sister. The hotel was a great find and we had the almost unique experience of having it entirely to ourselves as it was 'closed' for two days with no sight nor sound of staff or owners or other guests. We thought there was something rather lovely and old fashioned about being trusted to be in charge of the place in everyone else's absence!
