Golden water

The river was fairly high and extremely muddy this morning, but the sun glinting on the nearby houses' reflections in the water turned the mud-colour into gold. The ducks seemed to like it too!

According to the BBC website, the whole of the UK is going to be hit by "exceptional weather" with "rain, wind and high tides", and there are already severe flood warnings (indicating danger to life) for south-west England. The wind has already started to pick up. Stay safe, everyone - as one blipper was told recently: you don't want to feature on the news!
