Butterfly and baubles

Although today was beautiful - sunny and cold - I spent the day doing jobs inside. Ticked haircut off my list, (frustrating) made phone calls to utility companies, insurance firms and a camera shop. But it was while removing the old, broken dishwasher and fitting a new one that this beautiful January butterfly emerged sleepily. Afraid my camera phone didn't do it justice.....
Embarrassed to put in on blipfoto amongst everyone's superb shots, but want this journal to be an accurate photographic record of my year (didn't expect camera to break on day one!) and this was my event of the day!
