37 Weeks!

Today I was invited to join my daughter for an ultrasound of her unborn child. The top image shows the waist measurement (34.25 cm - refer dotted line) and I think the bottom may be details of blood flow to the brain (fetal Middle Cerebral Artery).

This technology is amazing but it is such a pity that these opportunities are not available to everyone on our planet.

I am hoping the baby will arrive on 11 January as this is the centenary of the birth of my father.
