A visit to my Mother-in-Law.

Bright sunny day and a great cycle around East Edinburgh, before visiting Lindsay's Mum this afternoon.
Cycled from Portobello to Brunstane, then to Holyrood Park via the Innocent Railway Path which ends in the Innocent Railway Tunnel.

The tunnel (shown here) runs for 517 dark, damp metres under Holyrood Park and was the first railway tunnel to be built in the UK in 1831. The railway line closed in 1968 and was reopened as a pedestrian/ bike path in 1981.
Just read all about it on Wikipedia.
