What a difference a day makes. Just 24 hours ago this was the view at Thorpe Bay (just along from Southend on Sea, for the uninitiated). Glorious weather, lapping sea and salty air. Now I'm at home in Kent looking out of the window at a biblical hailstorm. I wonder tomorrow will bring.
