Rained off!

What a miserable day. So miserable that Mr Cakes was sent dog walking on his own! My excuse? Had to wait in for my friend coming round to cut the boys hair and absolutely nothing to do with the torrential rain at all!
I've not been idle though; the house has been completely unChristmassed. And can I say our tree has been amazingly good and not a needle dropped!

I did make cake too; feels like ages since I've baked!

Hope everyone is staying warm and dry. When is this mad weather going to stop?
