Punch up

Saw 7 kids having a fight in the back of a minibus today. Not one of them wearing a seatbelt. Driver just drives off as soon as the light goes green. Parents probably think they're being transported home safely. It's a regular occurrence seeing children and babies with no seatbelts, no car seats, no boosters, sat in the front, sat on laps, hanging out the windows, standing up and out of the sunroof. I constantly ask myself - "Why would you do that?". "Inshalla" apparently.
