Alien landing

After the one good day yesterday, the weather has reverted to wind and and rain. It's no more than a nuisance here on the east, and I'm sorry for those on the west coast where it is far more serious.

I have been looking for a way to picture this sculpture for a long time. It reminds me of a science fiction story in a comic from my youth, but the surroundings didn't fit. This night time glimpse from the road with the camera held against the railings suits it better.
