Yes, I'm extremely happy it's friday!

Got a late christmas present tonight, my very own pancake pan. I have never had one but last christmas my friend gave me a little recipe book with her favorite pancake recipes so I guess it is about time I finally try out my skills in this area.

My first try went OK. The pan was brand new so it's going to take a few times to make it as good as my grandmother's.

Guess there's going to be a lot of pancakes this weekend!
