Any guesses?

What am I soaking in water over night?

It is the packet from the Expresso Mushroom Company. One of my Christmas presents I can grow oyster mushrooms in approx two weeks.

Soak the packet for 12 hours drain and then place into the cardboard box.

I have attached the mister to an old bottle of pimms (don't worry it was empty of drink and has been filled with water)

I can now post updates on the progress of the mushrooms which should start appearing in about a weeks time...
