Eternal straights

Ok , reading just now about the horrific weather back home, not quite the same here. I completely a 1375km roadtrip across the southern part of Austrailia and was genuinely amazed by the scale of the place. This is the Hay plains, miles and miles of open highway with absolutely nothing but the road, the wires and the heat.

Glad to have stopped for a while.
