Happy New Year

Right, I'll 'fess up immediately: this wasn't taken on New Year's Day, I've had to turn the clock back a tad. My excuse: after my SO headed off back to the wilds of Wales on New Year's Day after lunch, I finished off the residue of champagne from our midnight celebration and spent most of the rest of the day asleep! I also chuck being ill into the mix, but I ended up with no photo for the big day.

So this is the photo I might well have taken - the cork from the champagne bottle from our first New Year celebration together. Call me a sentimental old wossit, I won't mind!
