Shag

This young shag was having a nap on the edge of the Peedie Sea close to a fairly busy footpath. He may have been tired out by the high winds of the last few days and was happy to find a calmer spot.

I seem to have a post Festive Season inertia which has stopped me getting out for a decent walk, though the weather hasn't been encouraging either. I must get energized.
