Penguin Droppings

Dysart Outlook

It didn't stop raining until after half past 2 this afternoon and the sun didn't start to put in an appearance until 3pm. The late start meant another visit to the local harbour and I'm glad I did as the light became really interesting before the sun finally departed.

Another photographer was also lucky to be there but he was taking it all very seriously - tripod, graduated filters and notepad to write it all down - possibly a professional but by appearance, he looked over retirement age.

Although there are weather warnings in force elsewhere, none are needed here as there is virtually no wind and the sea is almost flat calm. Parents/grandparents were pushing their baby buggies safely along the harbour wall.
