Brilliant customer service

Four months ago I purchased some DC trainers at schuh unfortunately the sole split recently after not a lot of wear. I thought I might get a hard time taking back footwear as I have in the past from other retailers. These guys couldn't have been nicer. Apologised for the faulty shoes. Helped me find the right replacements and then dropped the price to match the ones I was bringing back.
