feeling very lucky

Despite being a bit under the weather our chief babysitters stuck to their promise and Ross and I snuck off for a fabulous day out. What a treat. Final Christmas shopping in Chiswick, bumping into desperate friends in Waterstones.

Then tube into Sloane Square, lots of relaxed Christmas shoppers. Lunch in a Lebanese cafe and then a happy hour at the Saatchi Gallery. Great floors.

And this brilliant exhibition of Russian Mafia Graves. Funny, then sad, then haunting. Left challenged, just as it should be. Never had seen the sump oil before. Liked it.
