THERE he is.

WOW. I was begining to think Orion had fled the galaxy. When I could see the stars, sometime last year, I never found him. Then all stars vanished: it seemed forever.
Tonight we went for our quarterly scoff. Four birthdays, almost equally spread through the year, what better excuse for ruining the "waste-line"?

Anyway, as we left the Pub I spotted the old lad "perched high aloft in the ether capacious, ......".

Got home and he was still there ... Too good an opportunity to miss.
Then came the jiggery & pokery.
Too long = too many stars.
Too short = can't see his sword.
etc.
Finally, nearly, cracked it, mounted it for ease of back referral.

BTW, for those few who may never have heard it in its entirety.

"Scintillate, scintillate, globule vivific:
fain would I know thy nature specific.
Perched high aloft in the ether capacious,
vaguely resembling a gem carbonaceous.
"

Cheers Mike.

Oh RATS. Can't get ALL of him in sight at one go.
Budgy GRIT!!!!! Keep trying old lad.
