Kuttu

Kuttu is our yoga teacher for 10 days. We have a yoga session on the beach at 645 before we start our day. He has such charisma. I had the fortune if training with him in martial arts for a few months 2 years ago. He was so considerate and caring in his approach with me. A did a back lip a long time ago of him doing the Kalari Fighting. I'll find the link when I am back on my computer. I'm sure I'll be posting more photos of him. This is him in action doing the martial arts

And thank you for your kind wishes yesterday. I slept for a day! And feel just about recovered. Bizarrely my son had the same and we didn't eat any of the same things.
