Thea's Chocolate and Orange Cake

I go back to work tomorrow and I'm really pleased that I've managed to finish off my list of things I wanted to get done over the Christmas holiday. The decorations are all packed away, the house is back to normal (within a given definition of what passes for normal round here) and we're going out for a meal this evening before the mad merry-go-round starts up again tomorrow.

I've enjoyed catching up with lots of journals over the holiday. I wonder how well I can keep this going once I'm back at work?

The recipe for this cake is from the National Trust's Stourhead restaurant - I assume Thea works there!
