Brighton: Palace Pier at Sunrise

A bad night with insomnia last night, and an early cycle ride into town for an early walk along the seafront. Here is the sun rising behind what, as a long-term resident, I still think of as the Palace Pier (as distinct from the West Pier, whose ruin sits a few hundred metres along the coast). It's a calm scene - a contrast to the storms we've had over the last few days, with a passing glimpse of blue sky.
