Strike a Pose

My 8 yo daughtet's latest Ask magazine had a section on yoga that got her really fired up. So much so I dragged out the as yet unopened yoga mat and instructional DVD I had bought with last year's healthy living allowance (a perk from last year)

She was sickeningly good.

I was not ...

But I see a lot of fun ahead for both of us
