Cosy. Day 6 of the DDW January challenge.

When our daughter, (Janep70) was about eight years old she was learning to knit. She told her mum that because daddy always had two boiled eggs the second egg would go cold, so she knitted this egg cosy.
She always was, and still is very kind and thoughtful.
