Lichen

Passed by the recently fallen Oak, and took a closer look at the Lichen growing on what were some of the upper branches. There is a piece hanging like a shredded net curtain that I had not seen before anywhere, but I guess when the tree is upright it clings to the branch so is not so visible. Anyway at that stage it's probably 40 feet above ground and difficult to spot.
