Sweet music

The late Jimmy Shand had the same birthday as me. That's where the similarities with Scotland's accordion maestro have always ended, but this is the year that's all going to change. This little beauty was my Christmas present to myself and my new year's resolution is to learn how to play it. I don't suppose Jimmy Shand had a dog who went and sat in the corner looking like an advert for an animal cruelty charity every time he reached for his accordion case, but canine critics will not silence me.
