Ammonite impressions

Spent the day in Lyme Regis learning about fossils. These ammonite impressions can be found in the pavement outside the town museum. We were hoping to go fossil hunting along the beach with a geologist & palaeontologist but unfortunately the tide didn't go out far enough due to the high winds. Still, my face got exfoliated & despite the changing weather conditions it was good to see the sea.
