running boy

today was g's first day of his new job, and bella back to school. a shock to everyone's systems not to just roll out of bed anytime after 8am and be in pyjamas til lunchtime. not sure how he's got on today, as for a job that is supposed to be less stressful and better hours, it is 8.15pm and he's still there... hopefully just trying to make a good impression...

this was lauire running back and forwards through the house for about half an hour, while i counted each time to see if he could do it in less than 10 seconds. it was brilliant, sam was asleep in the sling so i got on with making a few cards. i remember doing exactly the same thing when i was young. simple pleasures!
