Marchers

Not bad footabll coaching session this morning, we have our first school game on the 31/10 so we worked on positioning and team shape.

Eco daughter wanted to go on the Suffragette anniversary march with her class mates and she needed a responsible adult to go with her. I just qualified for this role.

Anyway very interesting march and good chat with some 'Daughters of Dundee'.

The girls had a banner from one of the parents about 'Equal work, equal Pay', as we reached Waterloo place they had made up a song adapted from Snow white and 7 dwarves, 'I work all day for less pay' being the changed lyric. They got cheers and clapped as they sang, they started to sing louder and marched faster and faster up Calton hill, overtaking groups singing their new song.

They were all excited and buzzing, the new enegrised radicals aged 10 and 11.

Back home chill out, up early tomorrow for football.
