D DAY!

After having just read in the newspaper that 2 in 4 of us,(not too sure why they didn't just write 50 percent), will be starting a diet today, I find myself joining in with those new year slimmers. To have any chance of success, I need to make my food look good, so hopefully I will last more than 5 minutes. ;-)

Here is one of my favourite snacks when I'm trying to skim off a few pounds; cracker breads with laughing cow, cherry tomatoes and olives, any colour olive will do, yum yum. So tasty and low cal, I can afford seconds :-D
Being at work again, I forgot the black pepper and a few ground chili flakes to finish it off though but never mind, still scrumptious x
