Paper bag

There was great excitement in the hutch today - a straw-filled paper bag. Sybil got there first and there was no room for Big Sid. Sybil stayed in the bag all day and Fred expressed concern in case she couldn't get out. I explained that guinea pigs can go backwards and can gnaw their way out of the bag if needed - Sybil loves dark places and will quite happily stay in darkness for some time. To alleviate Fred's concerns, I made a hole at the front end of the bag and Sybil peeked out at me. She stayed in the bag until dinnertime.

A day at home today except for a walk across Streatham and Tooting Common to Balham where we bought snacks at Waitrose.
