Evidence of polar vortex

Was still a bone chilling (for us Southerners) at 9:30 this morning when I stepped out to the Explorer. I'm just not predisposed to do well in either extreme of weather. But I think I personally suffer more in the really cold than the really hot. Still even with the cold I had to get out to socialize at the coffee shop, wander around the adjacent antique store and then head to the grocery store for some vittles. Probably going to be a good evening for crock pot chili.
