St Mary's Great Witcombe with Bentham

Spot of sunshine at lunchtime, so I escaped the gloom and desolation that is our office, and popped to Great Witcombe.

Never been there before, and was heading up to Birdlip, when I decided to investigate off piste.

This is a lovely little church there, and a few houses, but that was it.

There is a Roman Villa nearby also, which will need investigating on another day.

P.S I did try this is B/W but thought we needed to see that blue sky.
