Todays blip is Tommy charging copper catalyst to our liquid phase dehydrogenator, this is done about every 2-3 weeks depending on the reactivity rate, it takes him longer to collect and put his additional safety kit on than to charge the 2 or 3 drums in. The copper catalyst is charged via a vacuum pipe and there is a local extraction system making sure any copper cat dust is drawn away from the charge area.
