Chilli for a chill

I am freezing today so needed a little chilli to warm me up

Griddled aubergine added to water, Carrots, butternut squash, sweetcorn, frozen petit pois, onion, fresh green chilli and basil, tinned tomatoes, Garlic and paprika. Heavily seasoned with black pepper, a slosh of red wine, a slosh of balsamic vinegar, simmered until the liquid boiled down.
