10/10 for The AA customer service

Flat battery this morning in the Alfa (who is called Georgy) meant a call to the AA was required.

The call was answered by a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service agent.

25 minutes later an equally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable mechanic in a response van arrived.

He deduced within minutes that the battery was knackered, fitted a new one out of the van under their breakdown repair warranty scheme, checked the oil and water, made sure the clock in the car was reset, and security code on the radio was saved. Then waved me goodbye as a happy customer.

Well done The AA!
