For the Tide to be Out

When we looked at this view last week the water was lapping alarmingly over the top of the quayside and it appeared as if the vessels were about to join the onlookers in the car park.

It was a much more relaxing day today and the lack of wind enabled me to get out on my bicycle and run a few errands.

There are plenty of sandbags available, now that all danger of flooding has passed.
