When's that next load of lumber coming?

My neighbor is standing on his new garage floor. A kitchen and garage is being added to his home. My brother seated is offering his expertise having been a builder in the past building the house I'm current living in as well as his own and others. The weather has been cooperating the past several days and progress is being made. The next load of material will arrive tomorrow.... hopefully.
