Layers

The worlds above, on the surface and below, as in MC Escher's lithograph, though I didn't manage to photograph a fish. It would have been difficult, because this is the bog garden in the Linda Vista Gardens in Abergavenny. It's inclined to be damp, which is why we created a bog garden there, but it's not supposed to be deep in water! Still, the plants will survive if it doesn't go on too long. The floods have been here since before Christmas, but today, they were enlivened by some welcome sunshine.
I was standing on the path in about eight inches of water to take this (I had wellies on!).
