North Shore Wreck

There are many local myths about the origin of this shipwreck on the beach north of Ardrossan. The most common one seems to be that it was used for naval target-practice in World War 1, but I've also seen it described as an ancient fish trap. Anyway, it makes a good - and frequently photographed - foreground for west coast skies.
