Big John

Big John is one of the regular staff at a charity with which I'm involved.

He is a tremendous bloke and, like me, is not a slender chap.

When my younger & fitter mate Sandy finished a MetaFit class with much joy and brimming healthiness he tried to persuade John to give it a go. The sarcastic banter is impossible to describe but I grabbed the quickest snap while the eyeballs were rolling!
