Stairway.

After a 5.30am start this morning, I arrived in Munich at 10.15am (their time) and headed straight for the galleries.

Both the Neue and Alte Pinakothek museums house decent collections of, mainly, German and European art; Van Gogh's 'Sunflowers' was a highlight, but, by no means, the only notable work.

It was this staircase inside the Alte Pinakothek that really caught my eye however, and, in homage to another great German artist, Anselm Keifer, I used Spica to add a bit of drama.

Took the long route back toothed hotel, via Marianplatz. Up to 14,000 steps already and it's not even 4 o'clock!
